Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customers feel valued and heard.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information to provide accurate answers.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help improve our products and services.
