Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Amazon Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and department goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
