Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and turn customers into loyal advocates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
