Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our healthcare plans, including coverage, benefits, and eligibility
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements to ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or customer service
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
