The Role

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. You will be responsible for:

• Managing and resolving customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Updating job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participating in educational opportunities
• Accurately processing payments and answering billing inquiries

Requirements
