The Role
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. You will be responsible for:
- Managing and resolving customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Updating job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participating in educational opportunities
- Accurately processing payments and answering billing inquiries
- Influencing customers to recognize the value in our services and offering solutions that meet their current needs
- Developing and maintaining positive business relationships with customers
- Handling customer information responsibly and ensuring customer privacy as per relevant regulations

Requirements
