Job Summary

As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing, you'll be responsible for providing full-time support to our consumers, handling records entry and clerical work that requires the application of various job methods and procedures. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who call or visit our office, providing a range of assistance plans and services. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries

  • Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
  • Managerial support; profile page creation/updating
  • Filing, Information entry, and Document generation
  • Create and improve customer service concern tickets
  • Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and deal with exclusive management projects, in addition to spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, information entry, and Net investigation activities
  • Manage the company's entrance hall region: Greet and administer all visitors, suppliers, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all guests to their designated offices and conference room and alert workers of their arrival/appointment
  • General workplace duties feature but are not limited to declaring, information entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and venture job
  • In charge of checking out supply products

Requirements

* Work From another location

  • MS Office Collection competent
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Confirmed ability to observe instructions and facilities rules to perform essential project functions
  • Illustrated analytic capacities
  • Lively and focused with the abilities to multi-task and focus on requests
  • Higher interest to detail and solid business skills are required
  • Problem-solving abilities; energetic, centered, and able to multitask
  • Possess the potential to partner with minimal direction and address internal problems
