Your Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through our live chat portal, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support. You'll work independently, utilizing the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Log in to the live chat portal each morning and engage with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support.

  • Utilize the live chat software's features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions.
  • Complete a comprehensive training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
  • Work independently, adhering to provided instructions and guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Position Details:

* Rate: $35 per hour.

  • Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term.
  • Work Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours.

Requirements:

* Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using chat and social media features.

  • Ability to work independently and adhere to provided instructions and guidelines.
  • A commitment to availability for at least 5 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software.
