Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and other related inquiries
  • Assisting customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying updated on arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records using arenaflex's customer service software
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service quality

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be a resident of Georgia
  • To be a teen aged 16-19 years old (or older with relevant experience)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and internet navigation
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Educational Qualifications:

* High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school

Experience:

* No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided
