Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge of Amazon products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon products and services, or willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Representative (CCCR)
  • Knowledge of Amazon's customer service policies and procedures
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
