Job Summary
As a Work From Home Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in managing social media interactions and live chat messages for various clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and moderating social media interactions on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, including answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
- Ensuring timely and accurate responses to user comments and inquiries
