Job Description
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities:

Handle High-Volume Calls:
You'll be handling an average of 50-60 calls per shift, with minimal downtime and a focus on continuous calls.
Meet Our Superior Execution Bar:
You'll strive to exceed customer satisfaction, meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), and consistently deliver exceptional service.
Expertly Engage Clients:
You'll be the voice of arenaflex, building relationships with customers through empathetic listening, active problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Listen Effectively and Show Empathy:
You'll listen attentively to customer concerns, empathize with their needs, and use your expertise to find solutions that meet their expectations.
De-Raise Client Concerns:
You'll use your conflict resolution skills to address customer complaints, finding creative solutions that meet their needs while staying within company guidelines.
Issue Tackle:
You'll be empowered to think critically and independently, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution (FCR) approach.
Be Educated and Perform Multiple Tasks:

Essential Qualifications:
