Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens
