Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work in a virtual environment, using a range of software applications to manage customer interactions and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Use a range of software applications to manage customer interactions, including CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and customer relationship management software
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and customer feedback

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in software applications, including CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

  • Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and sales tracking tools
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
