Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
- Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
- Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency
- Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts
- Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases
- Researching travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs
- Working closely with travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
