Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Trainee - Customer Support Executives for our Canada Voice Process. As a Trainee, you'll undergo a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role. Upon successful completion of the training, you'll be offered full-time employment as a Customer Support Executive.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee - Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for handling voice support for customers of a popular pizza chain in the Canada region. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in the Canada region
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to menu items, pricing, delivery, and order taking
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Logging all interactions in the system accurately and comprehensively
- Providing detailed information about promotions, deals, and new products
- Processing orders, tracking deliveries, and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Maintaining extensive product knowledge to offer effective solutions
- Following company policies and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service
- Collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers
- Monitoring and handling emails and social media inquiries when required
