Position Overview Peaden is seeking a Part-Time Evening Dispatcher to support our service operations during peak evening hours. This role requires someone who is:
- Self-sufficient and dependable
- Experienced in ServiceTitan

You will be responsible for evaluating service calls, prioritizing urgency, and dispatching the right technician to the right job - ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Schedule

- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST
- Evening shift
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using ServiceTitan
- 2+ years of dispatching experience in the home services industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in real time
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize based on urgency
- Dispatch the appropriate technician to each job
- Communicate detailed, accurate job information to field technicians
- Update customers on technician arrival times and progress
- Document and manage service calls within ServiceTitan
- Maintain clear communication between technicians, CSRs, and management
- Participate in ongoing training and development
