Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of predictive models that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that meet the needs of our retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of predictive models that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that meet the needs of our retail clients
- Gather, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain complex data pipelines and workflows to support data-driven decision-making
- Work with our engineering team to integrate AI models into our production environment
- Collaborate with our research team to identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
- At least 7 years of experience as a data or AI researcher, including participation in advanced AI projects (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
- Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of scientific and data science modeling solutions
- Strong experience with data mining, AI, or text mining
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, SAS, risk analysis, and data control
- Experience working with large volumes of data and tackling business problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Doctorate (PhD) degree in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
- At least 4 years of experience as a data or AI researcher, including participation in advanced AI projects (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
- Strong experience with data mining, AI, or text mining
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, SAS, risk analysis, and data control
- Experience working with large volumes of data and tackling business problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
