About This Job
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design, build, and support a digital environment that lifts the arenaflex brand and drives business growth. You will be responsible for translating customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions, driving technical solutions for large features/complex features independently, and ensuring that the design team has the required information on endpoints, data sources, and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversees product planning and development through daily collaboration and decision-making with a cross-functional team including designers, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Translates customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions.
- Drives technical solutions for large features/complex features independently.
- Ensures that the design team has the required information on endpoints, data sources, and results.
- Responsible for defining the acceptance criteria of an item feature.
- Responsible for documentation of requirements, and acceptance measures per process, provides guidance to others in the working group.
- Works with makers, designers, and QA to adjust on feature estimating and delivery planning.
- Guarantees that the design team has the required information on endpoints, data sources, and results.
- Helps settle technical impeding issues and arranges solutions across various technical groups.
- Performs approval of feature against customer and business objectives and acceptance rules.
- Decides technical feasibility, conditions, and requirements of features with help from adjacent technology groups.
