Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Chat Agent (Entry Level) to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat. As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing auction-related information, answers, and solutions. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Requirements

* 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technology
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Compensation and Benefits
