Role Overview
As a Program Manager / Customer Success at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Licensed Vocational School. You will be responsible for managing a sales funnel, working with government agencies and students to facilitate enrollment, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a sales funnel, working with government agencies and students to facilitate enrollment
- Provide exceptional customer support, responding to emails, calls, and government applications
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for growth and success
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and stakeholders
- Assist with the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including blog posts and social media content
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize processes
- Participate in occasional odd jobs and special projects to support the growth and success of the school
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the education or sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets, with experience in writing and editing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with government agencies and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management
- Blog writing experience, with a portfolio of published work
- Experience working with government documents and applications
- Familiarity with the education sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
