Position Overview

You will resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective customer service, staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective customer service
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications
