Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team for an immediate part-time opening. As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within arenaflex, including data entry, formatting, word processing, scanning, and filing. You will also assist the purchasing department, customer service department, or accounting department, as well as support special projects and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry and Administration: Enter data into various electronic systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data. Format documents, perform word processing tasks, scan and file documents as required. - Departmental Support: Assist the purchasing department, customer service department, or accounting department with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork. - Document Preparation: Proofread and edit documents using Grammarly and Microsoft Editor, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Spreadsheet Creation: Create spreadsheets and aid with special projects, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills. - Event Support: Assist the Office Manager in planning and executing events, meetings, lunches, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service. - Project Support: Provide support on diverse projects for other employees as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements
