The Role
As a Customer Care At-Home Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional sales and customer experience support to our customers via live chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue
- Establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
- Organizing, planning, and executing tele-sales activities
- Providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat
Requirements
* Sales experience
- General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
- Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
- High level of familiarity with arenaflex's website and products
- Ability to speak articulately and credibly with leadership
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written communication skills
