Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions. You'll be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner

  • Generate sales leads by identifying and assessing customers' needs, providing personalized solutions, and promoting our products and services
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Customer orientation and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

  • Experience working in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

Compensation
