Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, video calls, and live chats. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, choosing from a range of available hours and shifts to suit your schedule. With a competitive salary, bonuses, and incentives based on performance, you'll have the opportunity to earn between $30,000-$60,000 per year, depending on your dedication and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
- Providing exceptional customer service through friendly, approachable, and professional communication
- Using your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide awesome customer support
- Committing to and following through on working a minimum number of hours per week, with flexibility to choose from available shifts
- Being accountable in all areas of work with us, including meeting performance targets and adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Standard Requirements
+ 6+ months of customer service experience and/or administrative experience + A quiet home office with a computer/laptop, headset, and reliable/strong internet connection + A high level of professionalism, with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Strong spelling and grammar skills + Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments + A strong work ethic and commitment to making customers happy + Excellent command of the English language
