Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations to our policyholders. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and offer recommendations to policyholders
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, adapting to changes and learning new skills quickly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance industry setting
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changes and learning new skills quickly
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or insurance industry setting

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
