The Role
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll play a vital role in delivering superior service to our customers visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge. You'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end
- Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodating needs of our customers, by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize technology platforms to provide assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
- Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient in the face of challenges
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform light to moderate lifting for certain job tasks
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
- The ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer
- The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
- The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness and the ability to utilize the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
