Job Summary

As an Experienced Entry-Level Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our customers' websites or social media accounts. This includes addressing customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support, and you will be expected to follow provided instructions and work independently.
