The Role

As an Ecom Live Chat Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via live chat on our website and social media accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that they have a smooth and delightful shopping experience. You will be working in a remote arrangement, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts

  • Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in e-commerce or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
