Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing Weekly Sales: Accurately and efficiently process sales data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Welcome Packages and Related Clerical Duties: Send out welcome packages, manage correspondence, and perform various administrative tasks associated with sales.

  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and maintain accurate records.

Essential Qualifications
