Experienced Data Scientist – Business Intelligence and Analytics

We directly support business leaders from our retail stores and at the helm, and up to our chief group. We're seeking an experienced data scientist who can lead key cross-functional projects for both energy and car businesses using data science tools and techniques to drive business process automations and support sales and service strategies by leveraging our data.
Job Summary:
As a data scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our business leaders, data experts, AI/ML designers, and product directors to develop and implement data science solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to all phases of data science projects: from interpreting a complex business issue into an information science issue to performing data analysis and modeling, and providing solutions to the business.
- Create and maintain complex data pipelines, supporting our group's central goal of democratizing information and empowering an information-driven association, collaborating with Information Experts, Information Specialists, AI (ML) Designers, and Product Directors.
- Effectively communicate significant insights to all levels of the organization with varying levels of data science understanding and backgrounds.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, design, and other partners to deliver effective business insights.
- Apply various ML, advanced analysis, and representation methods to diverse datasets across the organization.
What You'll Bring:
* MS or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering).
- Results-driven areas of expertise and in-depth data science skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Proven track record of extracting insights from data and building ML models, particularly in business analysis (or related) space. Uplevel group's ML capabilities in at least one significant area (e.g., classification, predictive modeling, descriptive analysis, or Natural Language Processing (NLP)).
- Mastery in SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, numpy, sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, PySpark, etc.
- Capability in at least one visualization tool, such as Tableau, Streamlit, etc.
- Mastery in data wrangling and analyzing massive and complex datasets, structured or unstructured.
- Ability to self-start and work independently in an unstructured environment as well as explore (and carry construction too) uncertainty, taking an issue from 0 to 1.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, as well as the ability to quickly pivot in a different direction.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Anticipated Pay:
$80,000 - $258,000/yearly compensation + bonus and stock incentives + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on numerous individualized factors, including market area, work-related information, skills, and experience. The complete compensation package for this position may also include other components dependent on the position advertised.
