Position Overview

As a Customer Support Associate - Work from Home, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. This may include appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once training is complete
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
  • Webcam
  • Internet access
  • Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
