Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, interacting with them on a daily basis to provide comprehensive account management, training, and support. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Major point of contact with client base, providing timely and effective communication and support.
  • Manage account setup and train newly boarded clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide outstanding on-going account management and customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate existing clients on the value of additional arenaflex services and solutions, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify, investigate, track, and resolve inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute and work collaboratively with internal teams, providing relevant feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned projects, assist teammates, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Work within a team of other analysts, communicating effectively with colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Critical Skills

  • Ability to tolerate somewhat repetitious tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Tolerance for reviewing sensitive and risky web content, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Good self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of business development/customer success experience, with a focus on the payments, risk management, or related industries.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Track record of customer focus and excellence, with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of clients.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities, with a focus on delivering clear and concise messages.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to quickly changing priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Attention to detail and quality of work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • General computer knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong team player, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience, background, and location.
