Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Support Specialist

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone, internet chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, internet chat, and email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
  • High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up (10+ MB down and 512k up preferred)
  • Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked (a picture of this space will be required)
  • Personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor recommended)
  • 19 flat panel monitor (minimum)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
