Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, their families, and healthcare providers. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your warm, empathetic, and professional approach will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every client receives the support and guidance they need to navigate our services and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to our clients over the phone, responding to their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner

  • Accurately enter patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule
  • Coordinate information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
  • Review cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibility with our families, providing clear explanations and guidance to help them understand their options
  • Handle variable call-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day, and prioritize tasks to manage individual workload effectively
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues, provide solutions, and improve our services and processes

Requirements

* 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry

  • 1-2 years of experience with computer software, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette, human relations, and written communication
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to absorb new information in a timely manner and adapt to changing situations
  • Professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication with clients, providers, and coworkers
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and manage individual workload effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's services and products
  • Certification in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
