Job Summary
As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and chats in a friendly and professional tone
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that our members receive the support they need to achieve their goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
