The Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Working independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide personalized support and solutions to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment
- Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
- A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
