Job Summary

As a Customer Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers through our website chat widget. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various queries, including discount codes, refund policies, and other general inquiries. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also providing a positive and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through our website chat widget in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize a comprehensive knowledge base and provided steps to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with supervisors to address complex or escalated issues
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in written English, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
