Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our customers to resolve their issues, provide them with accurate information, and ensure that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Work closely with customers to resolve their issues and meet their needs
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft suite
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
