Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans
- Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan matching proportion awards
- Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities
- Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation
- Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
