Job Overview

As an Online Chat Representative, you will play a pivotal role in addressing inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, financing, and general dealership questions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a diverse array of customer inquiries through online chat, delivering precise information regarding products and services, scheduling appointments based on customer requirements, and cultivating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services.

Required Skills

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications
