We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in supporting our senior leaders, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of high-priority tasks. As a Full Stack Data Entry Remote Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Coordinating, confirming, and proactively managing detailed schedules for senior-level meetings and related events
- Placing, receiving, and managing a high volume of calls and messages
- Scheduling and coordinating high-volume global and domestic travel, including flights, hotel, and ground transportation; coordinating essential identification/visa documentation
- Performing general tasks, including but not limited to, planning correspondence, record association, research mentioned data, documentation, and preparing pre-meeting audit materials
- Preparing travel and cost reports on an as-needed basis
- Practicing discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Creating and executing representative communications, including but not limited to, planning of meetings, leader updates, and phone calls
- Other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements

- Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate in Spanish (desired)
