Job Summary

As a Client Care Guide, you'll play a critical role in enabling our clients to take their medications accurately and achieve better overall health. This position is completely remote, and you'll be telecommuting from the comfort of your own home. You'll work an adaptable part-time schedule that may begin and end beyond typical business hours. This position is 30-39 hours per week, but may require extra or fewer hours due to business requirements. The compensation for this role is $22.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels, addressing their queries and concerns related to billing, insurance, products, or services.

  • Call Handling: Oversee both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential client concerns, providing solutions and guidance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Clinical Support: Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advice and support to clients, as needed.
  • Account Management: Assist clients with responding to their protection and copays, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Specialized Support: Provide expert support to clients while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com, ensuring they have a seamless and intuitive experience.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized support and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, business) preferred.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Certifications: Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, business).

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Skills: Experience with CRM software, data entry, and medical terminology; proficiency in Spanish or other languages.
  • Certifications: Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
