Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Virtual Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional support experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, chat, and email

  • Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Have the right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
