Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Entering data into our system, using our proprietary software to track and manage orders
• Verifying and correcting data errors, ensuring that all information is accurate and reliable
• Collaborating with our warehouse staff to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, using our data analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our warehouse staff and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
