Job Description

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative on our AWS Client Care team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert support and guidance on AWS services, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. Your responsibilities will include:

Client-facing support:

Provide exceptional support to US Government (USG) and Enterprise clients, addressing complex record and charging issues.

Record management:

Work with clients to understand how they use AWS record and charging services, and provide valuable feedback to improve their experience.

Deep dive analysis:

Perform in-depth analysis on USG/Enterprise client records and charging statements to identify and resolve issues.

Reporting and communication:

Instruct clients on reporting choices, warnings, and financial plans.

Client advocacy:

Act as the voice of the client, reporting and following up on noticed areas for improvement.

Project management:

Drive projects that enhance client interactions with AWS record and charging data.

Collaboration:

Work with client care peers globally to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.

Knowledge management:

Maintain and update internal knowledge reference pages.

Training and development:

Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on AWS services and features.

Essential Capabilities

Current, active US Government Trusted status at the TS/SCI level with polygraph

*

Compliance with 8140 standards

* 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or record management, working with high-profile clients *

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Capabilities

Experience in service or account management positions

*

A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to resolve client issues

*

Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment

*

SQL or other database query language skills

*

Solid understanding of web technologies and the web

*

Knowledge of cloud-based processes and capacity ideas

Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on high-priority client issues

*

Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Strong client-handling, compromise, and critical thinking skills; focus on quality in client experience
