Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Analytics Support

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team, working remotely to support our Global Treasury Management (GTM) department.

Job Summary

As an Associate Analytics Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our GTM department by gathering and reporting on key data insights. You'll work closely with our team to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Research, gather, and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other relevant data insights

  • Provide reporting using database queries and spreadsheets to support business decision-making
  • Perform daily administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks to ensure seamless data flow
  • Coordinate, monitor, and generate daily production of information applied in analytics
  • Regularly communicate with the manager and escalate questions and issues to senior professionals
  • Interact with the immediate team, peers, and manager on policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications

* 6+ months of administrative or reporting experience, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate-level skills in data analysis and visualization
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and database management systems
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a collaborative team

Desired Qualifications

* Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Access, with experience in data modeling and querying

  • Knowledge of reporting, manipulating information, and trending, with experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Familiarity with Monarch Software, with experience in data extraction and processing
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
