- Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
