Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our Remote team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex client issues through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video calls. You will also be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff, as well as collaborating with experienced agents on complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Support client achievement and resolve complex client issues through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video calls
- Perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Routinely receive guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more complex issues to staff
- Conduct analysis to determine complex client issues, including consulting with other departments for issue resolution
- Collaborate with experienced agents on complex issues
- Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff
- Answer requests and issues from clients
Preparation and Scheduling
* You will receive comprehensive classroom training, advanced on-the-job training, and instruction to learn about arenaflex banking products, services, and procedures
- Instructional course begins on 3/11/24 for 7 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. You are expected to attend the full term of this paid 7 weeks of training
- We are open 24 hours a day. Your regular schedule for working will be based on business need and will include working at least one weekend day and some holidays
- Schedule may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy
Required Capabilities
* 6+ years of experience in resolving client issues or addressing client needs, or comparable experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bilingual speaking capability in Spanish/English
Preferred Capabilities
* Call center experience
- Financial services experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer care while listening, gathering information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues
- Ability to collaborate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management
- Essential Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to navigate various computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail and precision skills
- Ability to learn business processes and procedures quickly
