Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Resource Insurance Program Supervisor to join our arenaflex Retail Resource Security team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our business leaders, driving process improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for our customers and partners. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Resource Insurance Program Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing strategic guidance and support to business leaders, driving process improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for our customers and partners.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement security protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, security teams, and external partners.
- Providing training and support to employees on safety and security protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats to arenaflex's business operations and reputation.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in retail resource assurance or security, with a strong understanding of safety and security principles, best practices, and regulations.
- Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with GBQ, Looker, and MS Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV systems, and other security technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, set goals, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in stock administration, information analysis, and executing financial controls.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization software.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
